Our full service coaching is a package that gets you both programming and nutrition along with all the accesses to your coach. 

• Personalized programming, every 3-5 weeks depending on macro cycle and objectives
• Personalized nutrition
• 24/7 - Text msg access to your coach
• Weekly Check-ins
• Weekly Video review for form correction and progression assessment
• In person form correction when at SSI - Depends on the coach (on appointment)

1. Once you have subscribed to the coaching service, you will receive an email from the team manager with an assessment form to fill out and an initial screening phase
2. You will then be assigned a coach from the team based on your needs and profile who will take immediate charge of you
3. Once contact between coach and athlete is made, further assessment of goals, objectives and plans moving forward will be. Youll then receive programming, nutrition and all other tools required to meet your needs
